- This E-gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- The E-gift card can be redeemed at LUSH Malaysia’s online store only.
- Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of purchase will be allowed.
- This E-gift card is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. and any unused balance will not be refunded.
- Any excess transaction value that does not cover the E-gift card value must be paid by customer.
- Each E-gift card can only be redeemed once.
- Lush Malaysia reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.
How to redeem?
- Choose the products with value equals to or more.
- Add products to card and checkout.
- Select payment method.
- At the “Apply Coupon”. type in the Unique code given.
- Total amount will be deducted upon typing the correct Unique Code.
- Proceed to payment.
- Order invoice will be sent through the customer’s email address.
- We will pack the customer’s order accordingly on the next working day and get it shipped.
