“My inspiration comes from the mango lassi drink. which we always enjoy together as a family during the festivities. Traditionally this drink it’s made with yogurt. coconut milk and mango and for me. it brings back memories of big family meals and the joy of sharing that Diwali is all about. In our home. it just wouldn’t be Diwali without a big glass of mango lassi.”
